How to Diet for Fresh Skin

    1

Include fruits and vegetables in every meal. The U.S. Centers for Disease Control recommends women in their 30s consume 2 cups of fruit and 2 1/2 cups of vegetables per day. Fruits and vegetables have high water content, which keeps skin cells plump. This means eating plenty of fruits and vegetables keeps your skin hydrated and looking firm and fresh.

    2

Blend fruits and vegetables into juice. Since it is challenging to consume an adequate number of fruits and vegetables every single day, try juice fruits or blending fruit and vegetable combinations into juice. Liquids are easier to digest and help you consume several fruits and vegetables at the same time.

    3

Drink plenty of water. Dieters should drink 1 oz. of water for each pound they want to lose. So, if a woman wants to lose 30 lbs., she should drink at least 30 oz. of water each day. Like fruits and vegetables, water hydrates skin cells and keeps them looking firm. It also flushes toxins out of the system, which helps clear up blemishes and redness.

    4

Drink green tea. The antioxidants in green tea are good for your health and for your skin. In addition to several glasses of water, enjoy a cup of tea. If you are a coffee drinker, begin your day with a cup of green tea instead.
