Eat your favorite fruits. Fruits are important on the Dr. Oz diet. Fruits contain fiber and are a great snack when you need something sweet. You can personalize your Dr. Oz diet by eating the fruits you like. Remember, you should eat fruit sparingly, but when you do eat it make sure it's something you really like.

Create your favorite meals so they are Dr. Oz friendly. Certain ingredients should be avoided for your health. This includes sugar, hydrogenated oils, high fructose syrup, and refined flour. That doesn't mean you can't eat your favorite foods, though. Personalize your Dr. Oz diet with your favorite foods made without these ingredients. In the case with sugar, it's OK to eat some, but it should be paired with fat or fiber to help you digest it more slowly.

Eat regularly, but on your schedule. With the Dr. Oz diet it is important to eat regularly to keep your blood sugar even. The Dr. Oz diet might recommend eating every three hours, but if you can only manage every four then that is fine. Make this diet work for you by personalizing it to your preferences and schedule.
