If you want to lose weight without changing your diet, you will have to change the amount of calories you burn daily!

    Reduce the amounts of calories that you eat per day. You do not have to give up your favorite foods. You just have to eat less of it during the day.

    Increase your activity level. If you add a few simple exercises or take a long walk to your car, you will add a healthy dose of exercise and not even realize you're doing it.

    Make sure you stick to the changes you make. When you are away from home, eat like you would if you were at home. That means smaller portions and reducing the amount of unhealthy foods.
